It’s Mr. Claus

Lightly do we make reference,
For occasion of esteem and reverence,
In a short while we commence
The season that calls for a conference.
Upon that inevitable eve
May we heave a sigh of relieve
To make those discouraged believe
There is need for that celebration, as we conceive.
Children look through the window
For to see Mr. Claus
Now is time to observe from the meadow
But, don’t take my statement for a clause
It’s just Mr. Claus.
The eve seems to hold back its morning,
Despite the birds humming,
Finally it breaks loose
Oh morning;
Dawn with its charm
And done for without harm
Oh Xma, oh Xmas
It’s Christmas again.
