Veni, vedi, vici 1

My post headline is a statement that is been quoted in many areas of the world, thus; I came, I saw and I conquered. The statement was made by Julius Caesar in the year 47 BC after conquering Britain in one of his campaign with Pharnaces II of Pontus in the city of Zela.
For some good number of my subsequent, I will be talking about the world’s most respected achievers who made this statement, maybe not literally but they conquered their environment. You will as well get to know their achievement pattern and see if it will work for you too.
Let’s begin.
Henry Ford, Henry Ford was born on July the 30th in the year 1863 in Greenfield Township, Michigan, United States of America and died April 7th, 1947 at the age of 83 years. He was married to Clara Jane Bryant.
Ford was an industrialist. He came to this planet earth and he saw many disorganized chips, iron ores, steels and rubbers completely separated from each other. Then he conquered their diversities and differences and brought these materials together to develop the first automobile.

Henry Ford developed and manufactured the first automobile that most Americans who are on the range of ‘middle class’ could afford. At his birth, Fordism was born. Fordism is the act of manufacturing inexpensive goods for the reach of everyone.
Ford was a determined industrialist. At the age of 15, he could dismantle and reassemble time-watches. He got involved in personal experiments to develop a self driven gasoline engine. His dream came into reality in 1896 when he completed a design of a self propelled engine, he termed Ford Quadricycle. He drove it on June 4. Later he founded a company which produced his dream automobiles. The company was closed up on January 1901 due to its poor yield.
He manufactured one of his early cars in which all the four cylinders was cast to one block. The problem now comes when he told his engineers to manufacture one in which all its eight cylinders will be cast on one block.
For complete six months the engineers, the engineers tried all they could and nothing was happening. The engineers informed him that the task was not possible but the man, Ford replied, ‘produce it anyway’ and they would say, ‘its impossible’ and he replies them ‘Go ahead, and stay on the job until you succeed, no matter how much time it requires’.
One of his persuasive commands came again after they told him within another six months that the idea was inconceivable, ‘Go right ahead, I want it and I’ll have it’. They still pushed on and all of a sudden the impossible was done. Eight cylinders cast onto one block.
At last he conquered!
